Red Bull Ring on 13-14 July replaces Hungaroring as Round 4

GT Sport today announced a date change in the 2019 International GT Open, with Round 4, initially scheduled at the Hungaroring on 6-7 July, replaced by the Red Bull Ring on 13-14 July.

This slight change (both in terms of date and geography) will allow to better balance the 2019 calendar and will provide teams and drivers a greater diversity in tracks.

The Red Bull Ring, the beautiful Austrian track in the Styrian Alps, was last visited by the International GT Open in 2016, following previous events in 2011 and 2015. 

The 2019 calendar for the International GT Open is confirmed as follows:

May 25-26                        Hockenheimring (DE)
June 8-9                            Spa-Francorchamps (BE)
July 13-14                         Red Bull Ring (AT)
September 7-8                Silverstone (GB)
September 21-22            Barcelona Catalunya (ES)
October 12-13                 Monza (IT)
