Peter Duransky brings Austrian touch to the Michelin Gastronomy Experience

It was again a memorable Michelin Gastronomy Experience at Red Bull Ring, as the International GT Open was convened on Friday evening to the traditional culinary get-together in the paddock.

This time, it was young Michelin-starred chef Peter Duransky, from the Das Loft restaurant in Vienna, who was in charge and showcased his creations, which aringly and harmoniously combine the flavours and produces of the rich heritage of Austrian cuisine.
