As the season resumed after summer break, so did the traditional Michelin Gastronomy Experience that entertains the paddock of the GT Open, Euroformula and GT Cup. At Silverstone, guests had the very pleasant surprise to meet again with a Michelin-starred chef that really made an impression last year.
Niall Keating, from the Manor Whatley Hotel & Spa in Malmesbury, near Cardiff, again stunned all guests with his very creative cuisine that granted him the Michelin Young European Chef in 2018.
Party attendants could also enjoy ‘Cornish Salted’ by Exmoor Caviar, who produces, in a sustainable way, British caviar from Siberian sturgeon in Exmoor National Park in Devon, and is a supplier to Niall. A wonderful discovery for all!
