Glenn Van Berlo joins Oregon Team

Oregon Team, which will enter two Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo in the International GT Open as previously  announced, has confirmed another one of its 2022 drivers. It will be Dutchman Glenn Van Berlo, who will be associated with Switzerland’s Kevin Gilardoni in car #19.

Van Berlo, 20, switched to GT racing in 2021, finishing fourth in the Lamborghini SuperTrofeo Europe and participating for the first time in the Spa 24 Hours. He will be back to GT Sport events, as he contested Euroformula Open 2020, finishing second among Rookies, after taking runner-up honours in the Spanish F4 one year earlier.

“We are delighted to have Glenn with us and to bring another talented young driver to debut in the GT Open with Lamborghini”, commented Oregon’s team principal Jerry Canevisio, “I am sure he and Kevin will be among the top pairs in the series”.

The last driver of the Oregon Team quartet, who will share car #63 with Leonardo Pulcini, will be announced very shortly.
