Motopark fields third car for Strømsted-Dunner and Costa alongside Menchaca

Team Motopark is stepping up its efforts for the International GT Open finale at Barcelona. The German squad is contention for the overall title with Diego Menchaca and the Am crown with Heiko Neumann and Timo Rumpfkeil, as well as for Team honours.

The squad will enter a third Mercedes AMG GT3, in the Pro-Am class, for Denmark’s Morten Strømsted (53) and Austria’s Lukas Dunner (21), who is back to racing on tracks and well remembered as a top EFO contender (runner-up in 2020).

In car #17, Diego Menchaca, who is bidding for the overall title, will be associated this time with GT star and local hero Albert Costa. The 2019 GT Open champion, who has won the LMP2 class at the Le Mans 24 Hours this year, is back to the series to help the Mexican in his title chase.
